The support Brennan has received is overwhelming and incredibly humbling. There is a growing number of people who are asking us how they can help Brennan through his journey and our main focus and priority continues to be prayer for Brennan, his overall health and for the doctors. But so many people are wanting to help even more. For those that feel led to help Brennan financially, a "donate" button is now available. It is linked directly to a special account for Brennan and his long road ahead. Any amount is greatly appreciated. I wish there were words to express our gratitude for all of the support and prayers B is receiving. Thank you to all and God Bless.
We have finally hit a milestone in the Givens Family.... Faith is not in her infant carrier seat anymore!!! We put her in her new car seat and she can now face forward in the car with her brother! She loves it!
Tonight was such an awesome night! I've been running more and decided to do the College of the Canyons 3 mile race that they hold over the summer. It's on Thursday nights and they also have a kiddie k (1 lap around the track) for the kids. I have been waiting a long time for B to get old enough to do a "race." It was so exciting to watch him run around the track. Joel ran it with him. B wanted to quit 1/2 way through but did the whole thing. When B turned the last corner and saw everyone cheering, his face lit up and he had the biggest smile on his face. It was priceless. It was so wonderful to see my little boy running in his first race. All the kids got an award ribbon for finishing. Of course he didn't come in first and I actually think he may have finished last, but to see the determintation in him and the joy and pride in his face when he finished brought me to tears. It was such a special moment. I ran my race, much better than I thought. Then Joel decided to run the 3 mile cool down too while pushing the kids over some insane dirt hills...props to him! I enjoyed this evening so very much. Can't wait for more! B with Daddy before his big "race"

Our lil Pnut just sooo happy (hey, maybe a runner one day too?!)
I could really live at a park. The kids love it and behave so well! Our usual routine: We get to the park, load up the double jogging stroller, I run while the kids hang in the stroller and munch on snacks, end up back at the park and let the kids play. The kids know the routine so they are great in the stroller because they know we will play at the park. I could really do this everyday :) Our favorite park at Balboa Lake
Meadows park...another favorite
Front yard picnic dinner
bike time...Faith hasn't mastered the bike yet, just likes to sit on it
She can handle it all by herself now!
I was a bridesmaid in one of my best friend's wedding. Faith was the flower girl!
B dancing with the bride... he was the hit on the dance floor...He's got moves, obviously not from me :)
Father-Daughter Dance...so precious
I love this one...one day, she will be dancing with her daddy at her own wedding...yikes...so weird to think that, and I know it will come quick...so, I'll just cherish EVERY moment!
