Brennan's Journey

The support Brennan has received is overwhelming and incredibly humbling. There is a growing number of people who are asking us how they can help Brennan through his journey and our main focus and priority continues to be prayer for Brennan, his overall health and for the doctors. We made it!

We made it to Sunnyvale yesterday! The drive was about 4 1/2 hours, including a stop to grab something to eat. It didn't feel too long. B watched some Phineas and Ferb along the way... what else :) Then he read some new books and played with some new "car" games. After we settled in our hotel room, we took a stroll around the area and ended up at Marie Calendars for some dinner. We tried to get B to bed early, but the excitement of a new place kept him from falling asleep for a while. But... he was up promptly at 7 ready to start the day. After some yummy breakfast (full complimentary breakfast) we are now in the room hanging out until we leave for our pre-op appointment. I didn't sleep too well last night... I'm a little anxious to get this all over with.

B was so surprised!!! Perry the Platypus, from his FAVORITE show "Phineas and Ferb," was sitting in the car waiting for him.... All he talks about is "Kerry" as B calls him and has wanted him for a long time.
