The 32 Reasons

Today is Joel’s 32nd Birthday!!! I wanted to list 32 reasons why I LOVE HIM so very much! Of course there are thousands more, but here are my top 32…
1. His love for the Lord (that’s what I noticed first about him when I met him in 1996…aside from his great looks :)

10. He is a WONDERFUL daddy to little Brennan
11. He supports our decision for me to stay home to raise our kid(s)
12. He works very long hours in a demanding job and doesn’t complain
13. He represents the 1 Corinthians 13 attributes of “love”
14. He is a good listener
15. He is above reproach
16. He has a strong desire to lead our family in Christ

18. He makes Brennan laugh
19. He makes wise financial decisions for our family

IT'S A GIRL!!!

YEAH!!! It's a GIRL!!! We would have been happy either way, of course. It is going to be a whole new experience for us with a little girl running around. I think Brennan will be a great big brother and be very protective of his little sister. I get emotional just writing about it. :) We saw the specialist yesterday. It was a very long and detailed ultrasound. The ultrasound tech. did the first ultrasound and the Dr. came in and did the second ultrasound. He pretty much checked EVERYTHING. It was amazing to see every detail of our baby. Everything from her different heart chambers, her toes, her kidneys, to her ears. Everything looked great too!!!
Now Joel and I need to work on some girl names :)

18 months old ALREADY!

Our little boy is 18 months old already. Time sure does go by fast. He wasn't in the best mood when it was picture time, but when he saw the toys to sit on... he loved it. So, we got a couple good pictures!

Airport Time!

Brennan went on a field trip today!!!... well sort of :) We went to visit my brother, John, at his work. He's been there almost 2 months and it's an amazing job! He is Flight Coordinator at TWC Aviation in Van Nuys. We got a tour of the hanger with all the planes. Brennan was in AWE. He was amazed by everything. We got to meet some people that John works with and Brennan made his way running up and down the halls. If I keep taking Brennan here and he loves it every time... we might have to start saving up for Pilot school :)
